Processing Plastics Parts CNC Machining

In Bole, we use dedicated processing plastics parts CNC machining centers. Plastics have low melting points, so machining must be done at high speeds with sharp tools to avoid heat buildup. Plastics produce stringy or powdery chips that can clog tools or work areas, so effective chip evacuation is essential.

Plastics can achieve excellent finishes directly from machining, but care must be taken to avoid melting or burring. Plastics have lower thermal stability, so tolerances may be slightly looser (e.g., ±0.005 inches) to account for material expansion or contraction.

In Bole, till so far, we have more than 17 plastics parts CNC machining centers. In the future, we would put more investment for higher capacity.
