Servicio de fundición en vacío
High-quality urethane casting for fast prototypes and low-volume production.
BOLE provides professional vacuum casting services that combine modern equipment, experienced engineers and strict quality control. It is an ideal solution for appearance models, functional testing parts and bridge production before mass manufacturing.
What Is Vacuum Casting?
Vacuum casting is a process that uses a silicone rubber mold and polyurethane resins to reproduce parts under vacuum. A master model is made by CNC or SLA, then a silicone mold is poured around it. Each mold can typically produce around 15 parts, depending on design and materials. It is perfect for complex shapes, fine surface details and small batches.
Why Choose BOLE for Vacuum Casting?
- Experienced Team: Engineers and technicians with 20+ years in rapid prototyping and vacuum casting.
- Advanced Equipment: 4 sets of vacuum casting machines plus high-precision CNC and SLA for master models.

- Flexible Volume: From a few prototypes to low-volume production runs, all with consistent quality.
- Fast & Cost-Effective: Short lead times and optimized processes to control cost and speed up your project.
Technical Capabilities & Materials
- Molds: High-quality silicone rubber molds made from CNC or SLA master models.
- Typical Mold Life: Around 15 shots per mold (depending on part geometry and resin).
- Material Range: Polyurethane resins with properties similar to ABS, PC, PP, POM, PA, rubber-like and transparent grades.
- Common Grades: PX5210, PX223, UP 8150, UP 8260, UP 4280, UP 5290 and other engineering simulant materials.
- Finish Options: Painting, polishing, texture, logos and simple assembly.
Typical Vacuum Casting Workflow
- Project & CAD Review: You share 3D data and requirements; we review feasibility and make suggestions.
- Master Model Fabrication: Master model is produced by CNC or SLA and finished to final surface level.
- Silicone Mold Making: Silicone is poured around the master and cured, then the mold is cut and prepared.
- Vacuum Casting: Polyurethane resin is mixed, degassed and poured into the mold under vacuum.
- Demolding & Finishing: Parts are taken out, trimmed, finished, painted or assembled as required.
- Inspection & Delivery: Final inspection before safe packing and shipment.
