We prefer 3D CAD files in STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), or SOLIDWORKS (.sldprt) format for the most accurate quotation. 2D drawings in PDF format with critical dimensions and tolerances are also highly beneficial. The standard STL file used for 3D printing can be used for an initial assessment.
Turnaround time depends on part complexity, material, and quantity. Simple machined prototypes can be shipped in 3-5 business days. More complex 5-axis parts or parts requiring specialized finishing may take 5-10 business days. We provide a firm timeline with every quote and offer expedited services when needed.
