POM (Delrin/Acetal). Low friction, excellent dimensional stability, and good machinability. Widely used in precision mechanical parts, gears, and fittings.

PEEK. High-performance plastic offering outstanding chemical resistance, mechanical strength, and thermal stability. Ideal for medical implants, aerospace components, and semiconductor applications.

PTFE (Teflon). Exceptional chemical resistance, low friction, and high-temperature stability. Often selected for seals, gaskets, and specialized industrial components.

Precision and accuracy are critical in CNC machining. At our facility, we understand that even the smallest deviation can impact performance, reliability, and safety. That’s why we focus heavily on achieving high precision and maintaining tight tolerances for every project.

We’ve invested significantly in advanced CNC machining centers to ensure unmatched accuracy:

DMG 5-Axis Machining Centers: Capable of complex geometries with tolerances of ±0.005mm.

HERMLE C650 Machining Centers: Known for exceptional stability, repeatability, and surface finish quality.

High-precision CNC Turning and Milling Centers: Ensuring consistent accuracy across large production runs.

High precision doesn’t happen by chance. We follow strict quality control protocols at every production stage:

In-process Inspections: Regular checks during machining using advanced measurement tools.

Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM): Precise dimensional verification to ensure parts meet exact specifications.

Optical Measurement and Surface Roughness Testing: Ensuring surface quality and dimensional accuracy.

Our skilled engineers and machinists have deep experience in precision machining. They understand how to optimize machine setups, select appropriate tooling, and apply best machining practices to achieve tight tolerances consistently.

We consistently achieve industry-leading tolerances, such as:

General Machining: ±0.02mm to ±0.05mm

Precision Machining: ±0.005mm to ±0.01mm

Ultra-high Precision Applications: Tolerances as tight as ±0.002mm achievable depending on material and geometry.

Our high-precision machining capabilities support industries with stringent requirements, including:

Aerospace Components: Critical parts demanding exceptional accuracy and reliability.

Medical Devices: Precision instruments and implants requiring strict dimensional control.

Automotive and Motorsport: High-performance components where precision directly impacts safety and performance.

Semiconductor and Electronics: Components requiring micro-scale accuracy and surface finish quality.

When precision matters, you need a machining partner you can trust. Our commitment to accuracy, investment in advanced equipment, and experienced technical team ensure your project meets even the most demanding tolerances.
