Rapid Prototyping for Engineering Teams
BOLE turns your 3D CAD into high-precision, test-ready prototypes in as fast as 3–5 business days with 5-axis CNC, 3/4-axis machining and sheet metal fabrication.
- ±0.01 mm tolerances on critical features.
- Metals & engineering plastics for real-world testing.
- 20+ years serving automotive, aerospace, medical and electronics.
No commitment. We review manufacturability and send DFM feedback with every quote.
Serving product teams in automotive, aerospace, medical devices y consumer electronics.
Why Teams Prototype with BOLE
Less guesswork, more learning from real parts. BOLE helps you move from concept to validation with confidence.
De-Risk Development
Identify issues with fit, assembly and function early—before committing to tooling and mass production.
Shorter R&D Cycles
Run more design iterations in less time with predictable lead times and consistent quality from run to run.
Production-Like Quality
5-axis CNC, 3/4-axis machining and sheet metal fabrication deliver prototypes that behave like final parts.
Rapid Prototyping with 5-Axis CNC Machining
DMG MORI and HERMLE 5-axis centers handle complex geometries in a single setup—ideal for lightweight structures, optics, and visually critical surfaces.
5-Axis Advantages
- Multi-sided machining in a single setup for higher accuracy.
- Excellent surface finish for show models and design reviews.
- Supports aluminum, stainless steel, copper alloys and more.
- Perfect for aerodynamic parts, structural components and housings.
3-Axis, 4-Axis & Sheet Metal Prototyping
For simpler geometries, fixtures and enclosures, high-speed 3/4-axis CNC and in-house sheet metal produce fast, cost-effective prototypes.
Fast, Practical Prototypes
- Metal and plastic machining for brackets, housings, fixtures and more.
- Laser cutting, bending and basic welding for sheet metal prototypes.
- Ideal for functional testing, assembly trials and pilot builds.
Selected Rapid Prototyping Work
From brackets and housings to optical parts and robotic components, BOLE turns complex ideas into physical prototypes.
Frequently Asked Questions
For best accuracy we recommend STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs) o SOLIDWORKS (.sldprt). 2D drawings in PDF with key dimensions and tolerances are very helpful. STL files are also fine for initial 3D printing quotes.
For simple machined prototypes, typical lead time is 3–5 business days. More complex 5-axis parts or parts with special finishes usually take 5–10 business days. We confirm a firm schedule with every quote.
We work with a wide range of engineering plastics and metals: Plastics: ABS, PC, PMMA, Nylon, PEEK, ULTEM. Metals: Aluminum 6061/7075, stainless 303/304/316, brass, copper and mild steel. If you need a specific grade, just ask.
Yes. Many customers start with a single prototype and then ramp into 1–1000+ piece batches using the same high-precision equipment, keeping your prototype and production parts consistent.
