General technical requirements of all kinds of CNC machines for machining workpieces
There are many machining methods, and the types of machined workpieces are also various. Different kinds of workpieces have different machining methods, and different kinds of workpieces also have different machining technical requirements. Here, Yuntuo Machining will share with you the conventional technical requirements for machining various workpieces.
1. Conventional technical requirements for machining castings
1. Cold insulation, cracks, shrinkage cavities, penetrating defects and serious incomplete defects (such as under-casting, mechanical damage, etc.) are not allowed on the surface of castings.
2. The casting should be cleaned without burrs and flash, and the sprue and riser on the non-machining indication should be cleaned flush with the casting surface.
3. The cast characters and marks on the non-machined surface of castings should be clearly legible, and their positions and fonts should meet the requirements of the drawings.
4. Roughness of non-machined surface of castings, R in sand casting, not more than 50μm m.
5. Casting should be cleaned of sprue and riser, flying thorn, etc. The residual amount of pouring and riser on the non-processed surface should be leveled and polished to meet the surface quality requirements.
6. Molding sand, core sand and core bone on castings should be cleaned.
7. The part of the casting with inclination and its size tolerance zone should be symmetrically configured along the inclined plane.
8. The molding sand, core sand, core bone, fleshy sand and sticky sand on the castings should be shoveled, ground and cleaned.
9. Correct the wrong type, cast deviation of boss, etc. to achieve smooth transition and ensure the appearance quality.
10. The depth of wrinkles on the non-machined surface of castings is less than 2mm, and the spacing should be greater than 100mm. If you want to learn UG programming, you can add QQ group 304214709 to receive UG learning materials and courses.
11. Non-machined surfaces of machine product castings shall be shot peening or roller treatment, meeting the requirements of Sa2 1/2 cleanliness.
12. The castings must be treated with water toughening.
13. The surface of the casting should be smooth, and the gate, burr, sticky sand, etc. should be cleaned.
14. Casting defects such as cold insulation, cracks, holes, etc. which are detrimental to the use are not allowed.
IV. Conventional technical requirements for machining cutting parts
1. The parts shall be inspected and accepted according to the processing procedure, and can be transferred to the next procedure only after the previous procedure has passed the inspection.
2. The machined parts are not allowed to have burrs.
3. The finished parts shall not be placed directly on the ground, and necessary support and protection measures shall be taken. The machined surface is not allowed to have rust, bumps and scratches that affect performance, life or appearance.
4. Roll the finished surface, and there shall be no peeling phenomenon after rolling.
5. There should be no scale on the surface of the parts after heat treatment in the final process. After finishing, the mating surface and tooth surface should not be annealed.
6. The processed thread surface is not allowed to have defects such as black skin, bump, random buckle and burr.
Different workpieces have different technical requirements for machining. Only by following the conventional technical requirements can we better ensure the quality of workpieces.
