Why Teams Prototype with BOLE

Less guesswork, more learning from real parts. Move from concept to validation with confidence.

De-Risk Development

Identify issues with fit, assembly and function early—before committing to tooling and production.

Shorter R&D Cycles

Run more iterations with predictable lead times and consistent quality from run to run.

Production-Like Quality

5-axis CNC, 3/4-axis machining and sheet metal deliver prototypes that behave like final parts.

Capabilities

Choose 5-axis for complex geometry and premium surfaces, or 3/4-axis + sheet metal for fast, cost-effective builds.

5 軸 CNC 加工

Complex geometries in a single setup—ideal for lightweight structures, optics, and visually critical surfaces.

Durable color finish for enclosures and brackets.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to common prototyping questions.

What file formats do you accept?
For best accuracy we recommend STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs)SOLIDWORKS (.sldprt). 2D drawings in PDF with key dimensions and tolerances are very helpful. STL files are also fine for initial 3D printing quotes.
How fast can I get parts?
For simple machined prototypes, typical lead time is 3–5 business days. More complex 5-axis parts or special finishes usually take 5–10 business days. We confirm a firm schedule with every quote.
What materials can you machine?
Plastics: ABS, PC, PMMA, Nylon, PEEK, ULTEM. Metals: Aluminum 6061/7075, stainless 303/304/316, brass, copper and mild steel. If you need a specific grade, just ask.
Can you support low-volume production?
Yes. Many customers start with a single prototype and then ramp into 1–1000+ piece batches using the same equipment, keeping prototype and production parts consistent.
