  • SLA
    Stereolithography (SLA) is a kind of additive 3D printing process where an ultraviolet laser selectively cures liquid thermoset resin layer by layer. We offer white, black, fluorescent green and yellow color resin similar to ABS property.
  • SLS
    Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is a powder bed fusion 3D printing process fusing nylon polymers together to form solid layers with grainy surface.
  • SLM
    Selective Laser Melting (SLM) is a powder bed fusion process by using high-power laser to fully melt and fuse metallic powder into solid, dense parts. The common materials we can make are Aluminium alloy AlSi10Mg and Stainless steel 316L.
Vacuum Casting for Rapid Prototyping
At Bole, vacuum casting is a cost-effective solution for producing prototypes and small batches of parts. This process precisely replicate the structure detailes and sursface of master via silicone mould without the need of building expensive injection moulding. Material Variety: A wide range of polyurethane resins replicate the properties of engineering plastics, such as ABS, PP, POM, clear PMMA, rubber, etc.

Surface Finish: Parts emerge with fine surface quality, ready for painting, texturing, or assembly.

Automotive Prototype
This is a breathtaking concept car prototype BOLE made for a graduate design student from Monash University. For design students, the final project is more than just an academic requirement—it is a chance to transform student’s technical prowess, creative vision into tangible works of art. The car’s striking exterior housing began as solid blocks of ABS plastic by using CNC machining. The professional programming and machining technology allowed for unparalleled accuracy, shaping the complex curves, countours and bold lines. The surface treatment further elevated the design, with automotive-grade paints in a sophisticated tri-color scheme: shimmering metallic silver, luxurious golden accents, and deep gunmetal silver. Each layer was carefully applied and finished with a high-gloss clear coat, creating a mirror-like finish that reflects light with every movement. The headlights were fabricated from clear PMMA and PC materials, to achieve the crystal-clear appearance, the surface were intensive grinded and mirror polished. Unlike traditional model car wheels, which are often rigid and unrealistic, the wheels were made from soft TPE created using vacuum casting. This choice not only enhances the visual authenticity of the prototype but also provides a realistic tactile experience. The final stage of the project brought all these individual components together in a delicate assembly process. Each part was carefully fitted, aligned, and secured with precision adhesives, ensuring that every joint and connection was seamless and durable. For the Monash University graduate students driving this project, BOLE served as their dedicated precision prototyping manufacturer. Our expert team transformed their innovative concepts into flawless, tangible graduation projects. With advanced manufacturing ability and professional craftsmanship we helped bring their great ideas to reality, ensuring every design element was perfectly executed for their final presentation.

The development of this Robot Vacuum Cleaner prototype highlights BOLE’s comprehensive capabilities as a precision CNC custom making factory in China. By integrating multiple advanced manufacturing technologies—including CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and lathe turning—we successfully transformed the client’s CAD design into fully functional, high-fidelity prototype comprising over 100 individual components.
The creation of this robotic vacuum prototype showcases our strength in multi-process manufacturing integration:
  • Precision Machining of Core Structure
    The robot’s main housing is machined from solid natural ABS blocks using CNC machining centers, ensuring smooth surface curvature and dimensional accuracy within ±0.02 mm. The surface is finished with a satin white matte coating and clear varnish, delivering a refined, premium texture while providing scratch resistance and durability.
  • Craftsmanship in Functional Components
    The metal drive wheels are made from aluminum alloy, precisely turned on CNC lathes, then overmolded with rubber through a secondary vacuum casting process. This achieves the perfect balance between quiet operation and strong traction.
